The weather's warming and it's great time to break out the grill!
In Grilling 101, students will learn the basics of the grill and how it is used.
The lessons begin with defining "grill", learning grilling terminology and understanding the differences in heat sources used for grilling. As the project advances, students learn use and care, safety and sanitation then some fantastic grilled recipes. The final lesson has the students creating a "Hamburger Cook Out" complete with side dishes and a backyard barbecue table setting.
