Safety in the Kitchen and Classroom Project Unit

Students will understand, demonstrate and apply principles of Food Safety and Sanitation on a daily basis in labs, activities and all applications. All students will understand global, national, state and local agencies responsible for safety and sanitation and be able to apply instruction to project based learning and case studies.
