Developing the Leader & Maximizing Impact is a project designed to empower students to risk boldly in their pursuit of leadership while developing core competencies and skills directly linked to their potential for success.  The sequence is rooted in the growth mindset perspective which is reinforced by decades of research led by Dr. Carol Dweck, and expands through the fear setting and goal defining projects.  The sequenced lessons are scaffolded to build upon each other, but can be successful as stand alone lessons as well.
