How to Create a Signature Coaching or Consulting Business PBL Project
Throughout this course students will learn learn and apply concepts to develop a viable coaching/consulting business in the current Gig Economy. The Gig Economy will represent 40-45 percent of those employed by 2020. Therefore, it is essential to prepare our students with the skills and knowledge to compete in the Gig Economy.
Lesson #1- Students will learn about the Gig Economy and how they can become active entrepreneurs in this growing economy. Students will assess their skills, talents and passions to identify what they can bring to the market place.
Lesson #2-Students will understand and demonstrate how and why networking is essential in starting their signature coaching/consulting business.
Lesson #3-Students will learn and understand how to set their fees/pricing as a coach/consultant. Students will design and set their price and packages offered.
Lesson #4- Students will learn about marketing using online and organic marketing strategies. Students will identify, evaluate and design a Marketing Action Plan for their coaching/consulting business.
