In this project the student will put together the parts of the FCCLA STAR Event, Teach and Train. The student will complete the competition by presenting the project at Region and (if qualified by placing in the top 7 at Regional Competition in California) and State Competition. If the student qualifies, the student will compete in National Competition at the National FCCLA Conference.
