Consumer/Business Buyer Behavior (CBB-Project)

The four-lesson plan in "Consumer/Business Buyer Behavior" is designed for students to explore how understanding the different personality types can help an employee in a Business Setting or Retail Sales and Marketing Environment be more productive.

Students will learn what different characteristics Bosses, Customers, and People have and how knowing this can help in interpersonal skills, selling, and getting along with others. Students will study how these characteristics help in working with others, selling, and communicating in a business, in a retail environment, and in everyday life.
