Propagate like a Pro: Asexual Plant Propagation PBL Project

In this PBL students will learn to Propagate like a Pro, learning from leaf to plant how to propagate plants for resale. This project will empower students to become entrepreneurs in the horticulture field while teaching them basic nursery management and production skills. Lesson 1 - This lesson introduces students to the principles of plant propagation and the different forms of plant propagation. Lesson 2 - This lesson takes students through the ideal environmental requirements for asexual plant propagation. Lesson 3 - This lesson takes students through a lab which covers the three types of asexual propagation. Lesson 4 - This lesson takes students through a lab which teaches them how to determine if their cuttings are ready for transplanting and transplanting them into pots for resale.
