Agricultural Marketing From Farm to Table PBL Project
From farm to table... with a creative twist!
In this project students will take a behind-the-scenes look at the science and art of food marketing, diving in to a world filled with career possibilities and relevant application to the agriculture industry.
This PBL project will ask students to take a raw commodity and develop a value-added product and associated marketing plan with it. Woven throughout the project are the steps in marketing and the financial fundamentals that drive agricultural decision-making. Students will ultimately present their portfolio and plan at the conclusion of the unit.
